Our work starts with understanding your Rx and analyzing the case. If anything is unclear, we ask first, get your decision and record it as your standard. That way, the same checks don't keep coming back.

의뢰서와 스캔·모델을 받으면 케이스부터 분석합니다. 마진 경계, 바이트, 스캔 누락처럼 결과를 흔들 변수를 작업 전에 확인합니다. When your Rx and scan or model arrive, we analyze the case first. Variables that could affect the result, such as the margin line, bite and missing scan data, are checked before any work begins.
판단이 필요한 부분은 캡처에 표시해 문의합니다. 원장님의 결정을 받은 뒤 작업에 들어갑니다. Anything that needs a call is marked on a capture and sent to you. We start work once we have your decision.
받은 결정은 원장님의 기준으로 기록합니다. 같은 팀이 그 기준으로 다음 케이스를 만들고, 셋팅 결과를 보고 기준을 다시 맞춥니다. Each decision is recorded as your standard. The same team builds your next case on it and fine-tunes it based on seating results.

문제가 예상되는 케이스는 제작 전에 먼저 문의하고 컨펌을 받습니다. 마진 경계, 바이트, 스캔 누락이 대표적입니다. 캡처나 모델 사진에 표시해 함께 보며 이야기합니다.If we expect a problem, we contact you and get approval before production. Typical issues are margin lines, bite and missing scan data. We mark them on a capture or model photo so we can review them together.
다음 날 도착할 케이스를 전날 카카오톡으로 안내합니다. 빠진 환자가 있으면 그 자리에서 바로 확인할 수 있습니다.The day before delivery, we send the list of arriving cases via KakaoTalk, so any missing patient can be caught right away.

라미네이트는 프레싱이 기본이며 밀링도 진행합니다. 소재는 세라믹과 지르코니아 모두 다룹니다.Laminate veneers are pressed by default, and milled on request, in ceramic or zirconia.

케이스에 맞는 어버트먼트를 함께 정합니다. 제조사와 관계없이 기성과 커스텀 모두 제작하며, 커스텀은 CNC 가공으로 만듭니다. 밀드바 가공과 어버트먼트·크라운 일체형 메탈 가공도 가능합니다.We choose the right abutment with you for each case, stock or custom, for any manufacturer. Custom abutments are CNC-machined. Milled bars and one-piece metal abutment-crowns are also available.
구강스캐너를 활용한 기성 어버트먼트 보철도 가능하며 오스템을 권장합니다. 스트라우만, 메가젠(아리) 등도 진행합니다.Restorations on stock abutments from intraoral scans are available, with Osstem recommended. Straumann, MegaGen (AnyRidge) and others are also supported.

일체형 보철은 UCLA 캐스팅, 또는 커스텀 어버트먼트와 메탈 크라운을 일체형으로 밀링해 만듭니다.One-piece restorations are made by UCLA casting, or by milling a custom abutment and metal crown as a single unit.

인레이를 제외한 보철은 모델 출력에 소정의 비용이 발생합니다. 모델 없이 진행할지는 케이스에 따라 미리 상의합니다. 러버 임프레션(인상체)도 같은 절차로 받아 제작합니다.Model printing carries a small fee for all restorations except inlays. Whether to work without a model is agreed case by case. Conventional rubber impressions are accepted under the same process.
티핏랩이 디자인하고 원장님 컨펌을 받은 커스텀 어버트먼트를 협력 가공처의 CNC 장비로 가공합니다.Custom abutments designed at TEEFIT and approved by the dentist are machined on CNC equipment at our partner facility.
